Responsible Gaming

One bet too many?

Although gaming can be an entertaining and profitable pastime, you may not win every time. Losing is a part of the game and you need to be prepared for this to happen from time to time. Because of this, you should always play responsibly and not risk money that you cannot afford to lose. If you play responsibly, you won’t have to worry about getting addicted and by consequence losing perspective of time and money. Here at Schnellwetten we aim to ensure your gaming experiences stay as positive as possible – even when you’re not lucky. Therefore, we work hard to help you maintain control of your own gaming.

We help you set the limits!

You should always be in control, part of that means setting your own gaming limits, budgets, and boundaries. We work with the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) which certifies Internet gaming sites for this purpose. Along with them, we can deliver the tools necessary to prevent unhealthy gaming behaviour, allow you to stay in control and play responsibly.

If you like, take our self-assessment test to find out if you play a tad too much.

Need to cool off?

Sometimes the heat of the moment can get the best of us. We can offer you a variety of cool off options, ranging from 24 hours to 6 months of self-exclusion. If you feel you need a longer period than that or even permanent exclusion – please contact our Customer Service.

Reality Check

Everyone at Schnellwetten want to help you control and monitor your own gambling. The Reality Check we offer is to help you keep track of how long you have been playing. It will stop the game you’re currently playing until you select to either continue or exit.

To switch on notifications on desktop click on your username in the top right corner of the site, click on ‘My account’ and then on the ‘Responsible Gaming’ link. Click on the ‘Reality Check’ tab and select the frequency you prefer. To switch on notifications on mobile, click on the ‘Responsible Gaming’ link in your account and then on ‘Reality Check’. Turning the Reality Check on means that you will be informed every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 2 hours, depending on your settings, about your current gaming session with regards to time spent, win/loss and give you the option to either continue playing or leaving the game.

Please note that sometimes our Reality Check pop up will display different buttons to continue playing or to exit the game depending on the game provider. Some providers may log you out of Schnellwetten when you select to exit the game.

Gaming Provider Reality Checks

Live casino games from Evolution have their own Reality Check within their games set by default to every 60 minutes. Your Schnellwetten Reality Check settings will therefore not affect live casino games provided by Evolution.
