Responsible Gaming

One bet too many?
We want our players to have fun while gaming at Schnellwetten, so we encourage you to gamble responsibly at all times. Gambling should be fun. Borrowing money to play, spending more than you can afford or using money set aside for other purposes is unwise and can lead to significant problems for yourself and others around you. The Schnellwetten team wants players to be safe with their gaming and wise with the way they play.

We help you set the limits!
We want to give you the opportunity to set your own gaming limits, budgets, and boundaries. That's why we work with the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4), which certifies Internet gaming sites for this purpose. Together we provide you with tools to prevent unhealthy gaming behaviour and enable you to play responsibly.

You can set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your account from your card either by visiting the 'Responsible Gambling' area of 'My Account' or by contacting Customer Care. Simply email  support-en@schnellwetten.com, or call +356 2260 3000. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customers playing under the Swedish licence will be obliged to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits at the time of registration. Should you wish to update the limit at a later stage, you can do so by visiting the 'Responsible Gaming' area of 'My Account'. Our Customer Care can provide assistance and guidance at any time – e-mail:  support-se@schnellwetten.com, visit our Live Chat or request a call back.

Need to cool off?
Sometimes the heat of the moment can get the best of us. We can offer you a variety of cool off options, ranging from 24-hour Time Outs to indefinite Self Exclusion. If you feel that you need a longer period or a permanent exclusion – please contact our Customer Service.

Our customers residing in Sweden and considering self-excluding their account may consider registering with Spelpaus which is supported by the Swedish Gambling Authority. Spelpaus is a free service that enables you to self-exclude from all online gambling companies in Sweden. To find out more and to sign up with Spelpaus please visit https://www.spelpaus.se/

Reality check
Everyone at Schnellwetten wants to help you control and monitor your own gambling. The Reality Check we offer is to help you keep track of how long you have been playing. It will stop the game you're currently playing until you either select to continue or exit.

Please note that sometimes our Reality Check pop up will display different buttons to continue playing or to exit the game depending on the game provider. Some providers may log you out of Schnellwetten when you select to exit the game.

For Swedish residents and players gambling under the MGA license, the Reality Check pop up is activated by default and is triggered every 60 minutes to remind the players of their gaming activity.

Gaming provider reality checks
Live casino games from Evolution have their own Reality Check within their games set by default to every 60 minutes. Your Schnellwetten Reality Check settings will therefore not affect live casino games provided by Evolution.

Session time limit
Swedish residents have an ability to set a Session Time Limit in addition to other limits offered at Schnellwetten. It allows you to be in control of the time spent gambling and offers a possibility to activate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Time Limits.
