We help you play responsibly
We want our players to have fun while gaming at Betsson, so we encourage you to gamble responsibly at all times. Gambling should be fun. Borrowing money to play, spending more than you can afford or using money set aside for other purposes is unwise and can lead to significant problems for yourself and others around you. The Betsson team wants players to be safe with their gaming and wise with the way they play.

We help you set the limits!
You can set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your account from your card either by visiting the “Responsible Gambling” area of “My Account”, by clicking here or by contacting Customer Care. Simply email support-en@betsson.com, or call +356 22603000. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Why not take our self test to find out if you play too much? Self Assessment Test (Ferris&Wynne)

Do you need to cool off?
Should you think that you need a break from gambling, we are ready to help you into a cooling off period, specifying for how long you wish for your account to be closed. You can choose any period of time up to a maximum of six months. If you think that you have a problem, our support team can also give you advice on where to turn for professional help.

Self Exclusion
Maybe you have been playing for too long and/or have a strong desire to play some more. For this reason Betsson offers you the possibility to block your account for periods between 24 hours and 6 months. Once your account has been blocked, it cannot be opened again until the period is over.

If you are considering self-exclusion, you may wish to register with GAMSTOP. GAMSTOP is a free service that enables you to selfexclude from all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain. To find out more and to sign up with GAMSTOP please visit www.gamstop.co.uk.

The exclusion on Gamstop may not have registered with us as this only happens when you log into your account. If you do not receive marketing, please contact us and we will log this in your account.
